Earnings season is always one of the more interesting times of year to identify great trading opportunities.

This earnings season has another interesting angle to it. With the strong rally in the stock market, there have been a lot of stocks that have rallied and become quite extended from their moving averages.

Investors have been excited!

The problem with investor excitement, though, and extended stocks charts is that it leaves these stocks vulnerable to sell-offs based on even mild disappointment.

We have seen several of these kinds of set-ups emerge in the last few weeks and today’s recommendation for HX Trader is one of these.
